1. About Grid Hospitality

Grid Hospitality is an independent reseller of Formula 1 Paddock Club tickets and related hospitality experiences. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Formula 1, the FIA, the Formula One Group, or any Grand Prix promoter. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Role as reseller

We source tickets and hospitality packages through a curated network of trusted suppliers. Availability, pricing, and inclusions depend on what we can secure for each event and may change without prior notice. A booking is only confirmed once we have issued a written confirmation and received full payment.

3. Quotes and offers

All prices communicated by WhatsApp, email, or telephone are indicative until confirmed in writing. Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise, after which availability and price may change.

4. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full payment is required at the moment of booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer and other secure payment methods we communicate per booking. Tickets and access credentials are only released once funds have been received in cleared form.

5. Delivery of tickets

Paddock Club tickets and access credentials are typically delivered electronically in the days leading up to the event, in line with the supplier's standard release schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, force majeure, or the promoter's own distribution timing.

6. Cancellations and changes

All bookings are final once confirmed. Because our suppliers operate on a no-refund basis for hospitality inventory, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made by the client. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the promoter, we will pass on any refund or credit we receive from our supplier, less any non-recoverable costs.

7. Guest conduct

Access to the Paddock Club is subject to the promoter's house rules, including dress code, age restrictions, and security checks. Guests refused entry due to non-compliance are not entitled to a refund.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific booking concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for travel and accommodation costs, or for any act, omission, or default of the promoter, circuit, or hospitality provider.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, transport disruption, government measures, or actions of the promoter or circuit.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
