1. Who we are
Grid Hospitality ("we", "us", "our") is an independent reseller of Formula 1 Paddock Club tickets and related hospitality experiences, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We are responsible for the personal data we process about you when you contact us or use our services.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and fulfil a booking: your name, email address, phone number, country, the event or package you are interested in, and any details you voluntarily share with us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We do not collect special-category data and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to (a) answer your questions, (b) prepare quotes and bookings, (c) coordinate ticket delivery with our suppliers, and (d) provide after-sales support. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for automated profiling or advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of (i) the steps necessary to enter into and perform a contract with you, and (ii) our legitimate interest in operating a trustworthy hospitality reselling business. Where required, we rely on your explicit consent.
5. Sharing with suppliers
To deliver Paddock Club access, we share the minimum amount of guest information required with our trusted ticket suppliers, hospitality providers, and payment processors. These partners are contractually bound to confidentiality and to use the data only for the agreed purpose.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and booking records for as long as required by Dutch tax and commercial law (currently 7 years). After that, your data is deleted or fully anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@gridhospitalities.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encrypted communication channels and access controls — to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with the revision date noted above.
