About Grid Hospitality

A Small Team. Personally Responsible for Every Lap.

We are a senior team of five, headquartered in Amsterdam with people on the ground in Monte Carlo. No middlemen, no junior account managers, no call centres — just the same person from your first WhatsApp to your last transfer home.

Marco Jensen

Founder & CEO

Marco founded Grid Hospitality in 2017 after more than a decade in premium event hospitality across Europe and the Middle East. He oversees every major booking personally and is on the ground for the season's flagship races — Monaco, Silverstone and Abu Dhabi.

Our clients trust us with their most important weekends of the year. That trust is the only thing we don't outsource.

Sophie de Vries

Head of Hospitality

Sophie joined Grid in 2019 from a leading Amsterdam corporate-travel firm. She designs the bespoke weekends — Paddock Club, yachts, private terraces, transfers, accommodation — and is the single point of contact for our largest accounts.

A perfect Grand Prix weekend is invisible logistics. Guests should feel like everything just happens.

Lucas Romano

Hospitality Manager

Lucas leads our Paddock Club operation across the European leg of the season. With ten years inside Formula 1 hospitality — including roles at the Italian and Monaco Grands Prix — he secures access where most resellers cannot.

I know the right people in every paddock. That's not marketing — that's how this business actually works.

Amélie Laurent

Administration & Finance

Amélie keeps the back office running — invoicing, supplier contracts, reconciliations and the financial side of every booking. Fluent in French, English and Italian, she is the quiet engine behind every smooth weekend.

Clean numbers, clean paperwork, clean weekends. There is no shortcut to any of it.

Emma Leerdam

Hospitality Manager

Emma manages hospitality delivery on the ground — guest arrivals, transfers, dietary preferences and the hundred small details that decide whether a weekend feels effortless. Nothing leaves her desk twice.

Either it's right the first time, or it doesn't go out. That is the whole standard.

Our Story

Grid Hospitality was founded in 2017 by Marco Jensen, after a decade running premium event hospitality for clients across Europe and the Gulf. The idea was simple — and at the time, rare. Formula 1 Paddock Club access was treated as a transaction by most resellers. A ticket, an invoice, goodbye.

Marco saw it differently. The clients buying Paddock Club seats — couples celebrating anniversaries, founders entertaining investors, sponsors hosting their top accounts — were not buying a ticket. They were buying a weekend they could not afford to get wrong.

Nine seasons later, Grid Hospitality has delivered Paddock Club, yacht, and bespoke hospitality weekends for more than 2,000 clients across 18 Grand Prix circuits. We still work the way Marco started — one named contact per booking, replies within two hours on business days, and at least one Grid team member physically on site at every flagship race.

How We Work

Three Things We Will Never Compromise

01

Personally accountable

Every booking has one named contact from first message to post-event follow-up. No call centres, no junior account managers.

02

On the ground, not on the phone

We are physically at our flagship races. If something needs solving on a Sunday morning in Monte Carlo, someone from Grid is in the paddock.

03

Trusted reseller, verified supply

Every Paddock Club ticket and hospitality package is sourced through verified, official channels. We will tell you what we cannot get before we sell you what we can.
